Craving Carrot Cake
The family celebrated my husband's birthday over Labor Day weekend. His sister baked a big carrot cake, and we put candles in it and sang to the birthday boy. The recipe makes the most delicious carrot cake I've ever had - it's so moist and the cream cheese frosting is mouth-watering!
