Empty Frame Display

In cleaning out part of the chaos that is our basement, I came across a stack of old Blueprint magazines. Oh, how I wish it was still being published! Happily distracted by the glossy pages, I came across a photo of a wall decorated with empty ornate frames. What a great, inexpensive way to liven up a wall in an entryway, living room or bedroom! You could collect frames from flea markets, craft stores or antique stores and paint them in coordinating colors of varying shades of the same basic color.
