Lovely DIY Shoes

Green Wedding Shoes posted this DIY project a few days back, and I just had to share it with you! It's amazing how a simple piece of chiffon and some fishing line can dress up a pair of heels. Think of the possibilities... changing out the colored chiffon for different outfits and events!
